Initiate Request
Log into your Machenike account and select the 'Return' option next to your order to generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare Package
Securely pack the device in its original manufacturer packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and protective inserts to ensure safe transit.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technical team verifies the device condition, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
